why use pulseway instead of x2go or putty? If all you need is a headless box there's better options (use linux).
10:10 "I'm allergic to Dell's bs". Anthony is the GOAT
How would you know if one of those hard drives died?
I like the idea of you dinosaur but my dinosaur is in the leagues of Pentium and barely has 1GB of RAM, where i come from your dinosaur is valuable
This is a dumb ass question. But I’m runnin an old i7 4700 series CPU on my old pc and I want to add a new cooler and leave it ok 24/7 for a minecraft server I run for my buddies and I. Is that bad for the hardware?
RIP Free geek Vancouver
Xeon x3320 in a smol fujitsu esprimo perfect for a windows bedrock server on win 7 temps up to 72c with MX4 paste
This was very informative and made things clearer, thanks again
I want to make something like this but I want to be able to share the files with other people that aren't connected to my network. How can I do this?
what if it's 20 years old lol
After this how do i send files to it whit my Phone?
Better use a netbook
Why wouldnt i just add the extra storage to my main PC? I think this is neat, but useless.
These PC are literally now like $50-75 I got one for my Win7 fix.
MORE server based videos
POGGIES
Hey is that Linus branded NAS software project he spoke about coming soon? Please say yes.
you people have 2 pcs?
This came up at a perfect time. I literally built a brand new computer yesterday and was wondering wth to do with my old one that has no GPU because I gave it to my buddy.
Why isn’t there a “What is a Server?” LTT video…… that’s all I need
take everything on this channel with a grain of salt
Love the editing of your videos lmao
The video is misleading about data access being free once you purchase hardware. Pulseway charges $22/month for the remote service. Where is that in your calculations? And you didn't even mention it.
I'm excited to watch this, and I don't know why. lol.
This seems like a good video to get some opinions on a problem I’ve been trying to solve. Recently moved back in with my parents and they live in a rural area with few options when it comes to internet providers.(Starlink is unavailable except for rv and only other satellite provider wants 200/month for 20mbps download speed) I’ve been trying to find a way to allow them to access digital movies and shows(current fix is downloading Netflix onto our phones) and avoid buying 100s of dvds. Anyone have any clue how I could get make their life and mine a little easier when it comes to watching movies
Allergic to Dell’s bull**
Lol’d
Fair point, but for me biggest advantage of cloud storage is having off-site backup.
Doing this now and now I see it's just a glorified ad for pulseways bs. Could've at least offered a decent and free alternative
awesome vid thanks
Do a proxmox tutorial
Bonjour, très intéressante votre vidéo
NOW you tell me.
So Pulseway wants $22 a month?
Your video was great. I'm an AV guy but I really enjoyed your comical yet simple and to the point video. Thanks .
Hi, I have a 15 years old pc. I have with linux mint not reading a 8tb hard drive
What if I cant get any sign of live from it?
nice but at present energy price I would opt for something more efficient
would there be any issue with running this windows based solution on my daily driver desktop, assuming I have the processing headroom to handle it? toss in a couple of extra drives and get the software up and running?
please do this again where you install some form of linux on the old computer
Idk what's harder about setting up a Linux server compared to Windows, usually it's the same when setting up server software
