It's a relief, for gas, and stomaches for those who suffer from Crohn's Disease. I like as tea with dish of honey and lemon/lime it's instant relief. I like mixing the spearmint and peppermint ones together. Depending on the stomache of the day. ( those with Crohn's Understand) sometimes I just chew the leaves. It really is amazing all the different things herbs God has covered this earth with and all they can do for us. The funny thing is I HATE ANY AND ALL spearmint/ peppermint candy or gum!! But absolutely LOVE all mint plants!

Amazing looking Mint! Second year in a row trying to grow mint and fail. It's upsetting and want to just quit! Please help, I need your advice. For the second time my Mint plant leaves keep growing what looks littered with like tiny peppery black dots underneath all the leaves in new ones! The plant also looks more like vines?! I found a great smoothie recipe for watermelon rinds. That’s my main use of fresh mint. I hate how much rind is wasted so this is a good way to use them…and they’re delicious!
